UNITED NATIONS HISTORICAL EVENTS COVERS
Staehle cachet design covers for special events in conjunction with the 20th Anniversary of the United Nations. The US/UN covers - those which relate to United States events of a United Nations nature - postmarked with US cancel. To my knowledge, these are the last designs that Staehle created for UN historical events. The quantities made of these cover were very very low, from as few as 25 each of some, the most covers of any one event was 100 of each. Of these 100 covers 10-25 were postmarked with the "wreath" postmark. Considering the popularity of Staehle - that's very few.
