CONDITION OF MATERIAL: 
1. All stamps are mint never hinged, vf condition unless specified otherwise.
         2. All FDC are clean and unaddressed - unless specified otherwise. Usually, items with UN Post Office cancels  must be 
addressed, the same applies to registered and commercial mail.
         3. Return policy: A full refund, if you are not satisfied and return the material to us promptly-7-10 days. 
                  

Availability of Material:  all items are offered subject to prior sale and / or price change.

         New Jersey Residents: please add 6% State Sales Tax. 

Shipping & Postage: USA - $2.50 per order within the USA.

Orders from outside the USA: preferred method of payment is Visa/Mastercard. Personal or bank checks - must be made payable on any bank in the United States. If checks are drawn on a bank outside the United States- all bank charges are the liability of the buyer. Bank charges will be deducted from your order. These charges can be as much as $30 to $50 per check and take 15- 45 days to clear the bank, so please - have your bank issue a check on a US bank.

Shipping: ( including Canada ) Registration Fee $ 7.50 plus postage - these are shipped at buyers risk - the US Post Office provides only minimum insurance.
